Silfix U7 is a sanitary, high modulus, acetoxy cure silicone sealant and adhesive which possess exceptional tooling properties. Specifically formulated for the professional user.

Sanitary
With the added benefit of containing a fungicide; Silfix® U7 is ideal for sealing around baths, basins and shower trays and similar sanitary applications.

Highly elastic
Suitable for use around the building envelope for industrial, commercial and domestic applications where a highly elastic product that does not shrink or crack is required.

Easy to tool
Good tooling and application characteristics. Stiffer, more viscous formulation for the applicator.

Excellent adhesion
Excellent adhesion is achieved to variety of non-porous substrates including; glass, ceramics, aluminium and painted timber.
