We will deliver your goods directly to your specified location, whether it's your doorstep, your customer's location, or direct-to-site.
Our goal is to dispatch all orders from our warehouses within 1 to 3 working days.
Delivery Options
Standard Delivery to England, Wales, Scotland
We aim to deliver your order in 3-5 working days. Some standard deliveries to a small number of rural postcodes can take slightly longer at 5-7 working days.

| 25 - 50 kg | £25 plus VAT |
| 50 - 100 kg | £40 plus VAT |
| 100 - 250 kg | £55 plus VAT |
| 250 kg above | £60 plus VAT |

Collect from Store
We can pick your order and have it ready for collection at either our Dundee or Glasgow branch. You will receive an e-mail to let you know when the order is ready to collect.
Delivery Information
- Please do not book an appointment for fitting until delivery is received and all items are checked.
- On arrival, we recommend inspecting the goods thoroughly. If there are any issues please contact us within 48 hours of receiving them to ensure a smooth returns process.
Returns
Business Customer?
If you have a business account with us, please get in touch with our Internal Sales Team on 0141 556 0100 or 01382 884000 to discuss your return.
Retail Customers?
If you don't have a business account with us, please complete our returns form and arrange to send the goods back to us. Any items returned to us must have been purchased within 30 days and must not have been used or damaged by the buyer in any way – if they are we will be unable to accept the returned item. As long as the goods you send back to us are in their original condition, we aim refund your purchase within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
Problem with your order?
It doesn't happen often, but sometimes problems occur. If something has gone wrong, we'll work with you to try and resolve it.
Return Form
Please print the return label and write down your order reference number, reason for return and put it inside a parcel. Finally, post it to our location or drop at either our Dundee or Glasgow branch.
